When I click VIDEOS -> ADD MORE, at UPLOAD TYPE there is MAPS selected instead of VIDEOS, which you would expect when selecting ADD MORE at the VIDEOS button of course. And at discription NAME should be TITLE since it is confusing with AUTHOR.
