Parent sector is SLIDE, Child sector ROTATE. Bot sectors have the same Busytimes. Why does the rotating sector move with the slide only from OFF to ON and why is it only rotating when it is not moving with the slide (ON to OFF)?

In Duke3D's Build I remember this never to be no problem.

Actions you describe was created in official episodes (factory levels in 3-rd episode). Remember that lava pool and rotate-slide sector moves and rotates inside. There also was other unknown thing like sloping sector by command.

Do you mean E3M4? That sliding sector is also rotating because the the sprite in the tail of the blue arrow has got an angle of 1024 so it turns 90 degrees.

But that's 1 sector type doing 2 things. What I want is that a child sector is part of the parent sector. Duke had no problems with this but blood seem to have.

PAL and PLU files also have ID's.

PLU goes from 1 to 14 and equals the palettes you can set in mapedit.

I think it will be great if setting Alt+G palette will show in game too. Not only in mapeditor.

There are 64x256 bytes in a PLU file, so there are 64 shades.

There are no actual colors in a PLU file but it's a re-arrangement of the active PAL file.

Well, I can confirm all that you've posted as correct as I've implemented palettes and PLU in BuildSharp... can also confirm that SEQEditor uses different pal numbers to actual Blood game (especially when it comes to the monk palettes as I thought I'd made a mistake but it turns out I hadn't and SEQEditor is just different).

Yes the palettes are different I think it has something to do with the ones used in the Alpha version which is only having 7 palettes being:

- BEAST

- INVERSE

- WATER

- GREY

- SCOPE

- GREYISH

- NORMAL

Invulnerability palette is same as normal, perhaps it's cool to make that a reverse palette 8P

I just spoke with the author today and the map will be added next month (he's now having a vacation) to the ZIP that can be downloaded from his site.

He's also working on ideas for a new map called "Monster Pinball"

The ZIP that can be downloaded from his site does not have Survivor but the map will be added to that ZIP next month. So you have to be patient ;)
